Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support nutrition and resident care in our Texas facility. This role requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with meal service, maintain cleanliness, manage supplies, prepare foods, serve meals, and sanitize equipment according to recipes and standards. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal service: assemble trays and deliver meal carts to nursing or dining areas.
• Maintain cleanliness: dispose of refuse and keep areas clean according to policies.
• Manage supplies: deliver and rotate food and floor supplies as per standards (FIFO).
• Prepare foods: follow recipes to prepare meals safely and efficiently.
• Serve meals: portion and serve according to recipes and spreadsheet instructions.
• Sanitize equipment: wash, sanitize, and store dishes and utensils properly.

In This Role, You Will

• Assist with Meal Service: Assemble trays and deliver meal carts to nursing or dining areas
• Maintain Cleanliness: Dispose of refuse in accordance with departmental policies and procedures
• Manage Supplies: Deliver and rotate food and floor supplies according to standards (first in, first out)
• Prepare Foods: Follow menu and standardized recipes to prepare meals safely and efficiently
• Serve Meals: Portion and serve meals as directed by recipes and spreadsheet instructions
• Sanitize Equipment: Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment properly
