De-Leon-Nursing-and-Rehabilitatio is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support nutrition and resident care. The role emphasizes trustworthiness, punctuality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, working collaboratively with the team to uphold high-quality care.

The Dietary Aide will assist with meals, maintain cleanliness, manage supplies, prepare and serve meals, and sanitize equipment, contributing to resident satisfaction and safe food handling.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with Meal Service: Assemble trays and deliver meal carts to nursing or dining areas.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Dispose of refuse and keep areas clean per policies.
• Manage Supplies: Deliver and rotate food and floor supplies (FIFO).
• Prepare Foods: Follow menus and recipes to prepare meals safely and efficiently.
• Serve Meals: Portion and serve meals according to recipes and spreadsheet instructions.
• Sanitize Equipment: Wash, sanitize, and store dishes and equipment properly.

Your Impact as a Dietary Aide

In this role, you will:

• Assist with Meal Service: Assemble trays and deliver meal carts to nursing or dining areas

• Maintain Cleanliness: Dispose of refuse in accordance with departmental policies and procedures

• Manage Supplies: Deliver and rotate food and floor supplies according to standards (first in, first out)

• Prepare Foods: Follow menu and standardized recipes to prepare meals safely and efficiently

• Serve Meals: Portion and serve meals as directed by recipes and spreadsheet instructions

• Sanitize Equipment: Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment properly
