Job summary

Harmony Utica Ridge is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to support residents during meals in a compassionate Skilled Nursing environment. You will assist residents with meal service, ensure dietary needs are met, and help maintain food safety by recording temperatures and keeping equipment sanitized.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork. Prior Skilled Nursing Foodservice experience is preferred, with tuition reimbursement and benefits available.

Qualifications

• As a minimum, a tenth (10th) grade education.
• Prior Skilled Nursing Foodservice experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
• Preferred, healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals and ensure items meet dietary needs.
• Record food temperatures and maintain food safety.
• Keep kitchen and dietary equipment clean and sanitized.

As a Dietary Aide you will assist residents with one of their favorite parts of the day! Your work ensures our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Utica Ridge by ensuring residents receive the appropriate items for each meal in accordance to their dietary needs, ensuring the safety of food and equipment by recording temperatures, and ensuring the kitchen and dietary equipment is clean and sanitized. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a tenth (10th) grade education. Prior Skilled Nursing Foodservice experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
