Job summary

The Gardens at Gettysburg, a skilled nursing facility in Gettysburg, PA, is seeking dependable Dietary Aides to join our Dietary Department. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a kitchen, supporting seniors, and being part of a collaborative team.

We offer Part-Time and Full-Time options with morning shifts as a primary schedule, and afternoons may also be available. Join our team to help provide quality meals and care to residents in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in healthcare, school, dietary, or food service setting is a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Dependable and committed to providing quality service to residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic food preparation and tray assembly.
• Serve meals in the dining area or deliver trays to residents.
• Clean dishes, prep stations, and kitchen equipment.
• Help maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Assist the dietary team with meal service and other duties as assigned.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
