Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Dietary Aide to create a welcoming dining experience for residents. You will assist with meal service, help with meal preparation, and maintain a clean kitchen and dining area while ensuring accuracy and safety.

The role emphasizes friendly, professional resident interaction, adherence to dietary guidelines, and daily teamwork in a long-term care setting. Training is provided on-site in Ohio facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Experience in food service preferred.
• Ability to follow dietary needs and portioning guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Serve meals that are visually appealing and nutritious.
• Assist in meal preparation and ensure proper portioning based on dietary needs.
• Set up meal trays, food carts, and dining areas for smooth service and accuracy.
• Deliver and retrieve food trays, ensuring timely and efficient meal service.
• Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes, sanitizing kitchen equipment, and properly storing utensils and supplies.
• Bus tables, sweep, mop, and remove trash to keep work areas clean and hazard-free.
• Provide friendly, professional service to residents during mealtimes.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Dietary Aide, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for residents. You will assist with meal service, food preparation, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and dining area. Your attention to detail and commitment to food safety will ensure that residents receive nutritious, high-quality meals in a comfortable setting.
