The position emphasizes accurate record-keeping, temperature monitoring, and teamwork in a busy dietary department at our rehabilitation and nursing facility.

Qualifications

• Prepare meals and beverages according to specific procedures.
• Serve meals using sanitation and quality standards.
• Store stock appropriately to maintain cleanliness and prevent spoilage.
• Record meals served accurately and monitor food temperatures.
• Clean assigned dining areas using proper procedures.
• Wash dishes and/or utensils according to acceptable standards.

Job description

Woods Edge is a Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Center serving the Greater Cincinnati area. Conveniently located off I-75, Woods Edge is an easily accessed facility that delivers quality care by a dedicated staff of professionals. Our facility offers short, long-term, palliative, and respite stays. Our facility has a dedicated transitional care unit for short-term rehab and the medically complex, long term care units, and both male and female behavioral health units. We are currently recruiting for Dietary Aides to join our team.
