About the Role: As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks. Dietary Aide will work closely with our culinary team to prepare meals, monitor food temperatures, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Your Dietary Aide excellent communication skills will also be essential in interacting with residents, families, and other team members.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with meal preparation, food service, and tray delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety guidelines
• Monitor food temperatures and ensure proper storage and disposal of food
• Work closely with the culinary team to prepare meals and snacks
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records
