Monroe Health & Rehab Center is seeking a part-time dietary aide to support food preparation and service in our skilled nursing facility. You will help prepare meals, serve residents, and keep kitchen and dining areas clean and organized, following health and safety policies.

We offer flexible pay options, generous PTO, tuition assistance, and a supportive, team-focused work environment. Wage ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour with on-site shifts and occasional weekend work.

• The role requires basic food preparation and sanitary practices in a skilled nursing kitchen.
• We provide GED guidance and educational support where needed.

Job Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist in food preparation and service while maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in the kitchen and dining areas as directed by the Food Service Director or Cook. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Dietary Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• We can provide guidance and resources to help you earn your GED.

Shift and Wage:

• Part-Time Opportunity Available
• Shifts Needed:
  • 3:00p - 7:00p
  • 6:30a - 2:30p
  • Includes Every Other Weekend
• Wage: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
