Excelcare Health Management at ExcelCare At the Pines in Atlantic City, NJ is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to join our culinary team. You will assist with meal prep, tray delivery, and sanitation to support safe, high-quality resident dining.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent, prior food service or healthcare experience, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with clear communication with residents and staff.

• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

As a vital member of our culinary team, you will play a crucial role in supporting meal service, food preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment for our residents.

As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for assisting in preparing and serving meals according to dietary guidelines, delivering trays to resident rooms and dining areas, and following portion control and sanitation procedures. You will also clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and dishware, assist with food storage and inventory rotation, provide snacks and hydration as directed, and support special dietary needs and resident preferences.
