Job summary

West Gardena Post Acute in Gardena, CA is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to support our 50-bed rehabilitation center. You will dish wash, prepare nourishments and beverages, assist with tray lines, and help keep the kitchen clean and organized.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 20 pounds, work flexible shifts, and enjoy helping residents. Teamwork and clear communication with staff are essential to provide safe, nutritious meals for our elderly residents.

Qualifications

• Possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Be able to interpret and implement written or oral policies, procedures, and instructions.
• Able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with coworkers.
• Must enjoy working with the elderly.
• Must be willing to work flexible shifts.
• Possess the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide

• Clean and appropriately groomed

Responsibilities
