Job summary

Paycom - ATS is hiring an entry-level Dietary Staff member at Center at Parmer, Austin, TX. You will prepare meals per dietary specs and maintain clean dining/kitchen areas.

No experience required; on-the-job training is provided. This on-site role offers excellent pay, generous PTO, 401k matching up to 4%, and a supportive team environment with physician-driven care plans.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Prefer 1 year dietary/food prep experience in a skilled care facility (preferred, not required).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment while maintaining a calm demeanor.
• Must be able to read and follow directions.
• Must be able to work both as a team and independently.
• Must have good communication skills and be able to read, write and speak the English language.
• Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, lift minimum of 15 lbs.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.

Job Description: The primary responsibility of the Dietary Staff is to prepare and provide delicious, nutritional meals for our patients and to keep the dining and kitchen area in clean and pristine condition

This is an entry level position in the kitchen, and no experience is required. On the job training is available!
