Job summary

South Shore Hospital is seeking a part-time cafe attendant for the Lobby Café in Weymouth, MA. You will provide café/dining room services to staff, volunteers, and visitors, and maintain a pleasant, clean, and safe environment.

Flexibility is required for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Must be over 18 years old and able to work day shifts as scheduled in the US. This position offers a hands-on hospitality role in a hospital setting.

• Independently establishes and maintains active communication with all staff to ensure a pleasant, clean and safe work environment.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsible for Cafe/Dining Room services for all staff, volunteers and visitors of South Shore Hospital. Independently establishes and maintains active communication with all staff to ensure a pleasant, clean and safe work environment Enhances the South Shore Hospital experience for patients, employees, volunteers, and visitors by providing appropriate hospitality and food services. Represents the Hospital appropriately to all "audiences" in a way that reflects well on the Hospital's reputation and image.

Compensation Pay Range: $16.50 - $23.60

Varied hours 6:30a-3p, 8a-4:30p, 11:30a-8p, 3p-8p, 4:30p-1a or 5p-1:30a. Must be over 18. Weekends and holidays required including Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. Performs other duties as assigned.
