Job summary

Montclair Hospital Medical Center, part of Prime Healthcare, is seeking a Per Diem Diet Aide to support therapeutic menu approvals under the supervision of the dietitian and ensure accurate tray temperatures. This position is based in Montclair, CA.

Candidates with an AA in Food Science/Nutrition and at least one year of healthcare experience, plus county Food Handlers certification, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• AA degree in Food Science/Nutrition preferred.
• One year of healthcare experience working with modified diets preferred.
• County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current.

Pay Transparency

Montclair Hospital Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $23.00. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
