The Dietary Assistant performs diversified duties in diet office, e.g. maintains diet records, tallies food requirements and other similar tasks. In this role they will collect patient menus and forms menu correction. They'll follow standard practices and comply with regulatory requirements while ensuring that patients are satisfied with their meals and receive the items they chose.
