SUMMARY: Assists in preparation and service of food, proper sanitation and storage of food and non-food supplies. Dietary Aides are scheduled in a variety of job assignments.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); preferred but not required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to follow both oral and written directions.
MATHEMATICAL: Basic understanding of mathematical skills including addition and subtraction.
