Phelps Health in Missouri is hiring a Diet Aide 2 to join our hospital dining team. You’ll cashier, serve food and beverages, stock supplies, and keep the cafe areas clean while delivering courteous, consistent service.

Formación

• Ability to read, write and follow directions
• Willingness to learn other tasks and duties
• No prior experience required (barista experience preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example.
• Anticipates customer needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues. Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a “customer comes first” attitude and connecting with the customer.
• Reconciles cashier report per shift to ensure correct cash balances.
• Keeps food, and supplies stocked and equipment in food service areas clean and sanitized.
• Assists with training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
• Follows operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all employees and customers during each shift.
