Qualifications

• 1+ years of diesel engine experience with a mechanical background.
• Welding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspects, diagnoses and repairs trucks, trailers and tankers; repair parts as required.
• Completes diagnostic tests on diesel engines and interprets results to develop solutions.
• Performs DOT pre-check and NYS inspections.
• Conducts field visits during emergencies or breakdowns.
• Maintains records of parts inventory and services vehicles.
