ALL Crane Service, LLC in Independence, OH is seeking a full-time Service Technician & Mechanic for the Truck Shop to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heavy-duty trucks. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a $300 sign-on bonus after 100 days of continuous employment.

Ideal candidates will have a strong diesel engine, hydraulic and electrical background, basic mechanic tools, and the ability to work safely around moving machinery.

Qualifications

• Experience performing DOT inspections is a plus.
• Must have a strong diesel engine, hydraulic and electrical background.
• Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
• Must have basic set of mechanic’s hand tools.
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery; to work in conditions with marked changes in temperature & humidity.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and repair on heavy duty trucks.
• Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify components as needed.
• Read and interpret operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Maintain positive interface with service writers, supervisor, parts department and customers.
• Prepare documentation of actions taken and ensure safety compliance.
