Qualifications

• Ability to assist/complete fluid top up on vehicles including oil and hydraulic fluids.
• Knowledge of all tools required for vehicle repairs.
• Ability to understand and use lubrication charts for waste trucks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety checks on vehicles and equipment.
• Aid drivers in completion of vehicle safety inspections.
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance on heavy-duty equipment.

Skills

Ability to assist drivers with Pre/Post trip process

Ability to identify visible repairs on vehicles

Knowledge of tire inspections and air pressure adjustments

Basic computer skills
