Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Diesel Truck Technician to perform light/medium duty diesel truck repairs and certifications at our Henrietta, NY location. The role requires ASE certifications and the ability to meet Warranty/Quality standards. The position offers an hourly pay starting at $32 and a schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of two years mechanical experience on buses or medium duty trucks.
• 4+ current and valid ASEs certifications are required (at least 2 must be Truck)
• Ownership of standard hand tools to perform repairs and maintenance on current vehicles
• High School Diploma / GED preferred.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Subject to a pre‑employment drug test and if hired, will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all warranty and mechanical repairs are completed according to the manufacturer’s specifications and guidelines.
• Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs.
• Perform routine and annual DOT required repairs and inspections.
• Read and interpret diagnostic test results, often by using dials, gauges, and other computer equipment.
• Raise trucks, buses, and heavy parts or equipment by using hydraulic jacks or hoists.
• Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, transmissions, engines, and other parts of vehicles.
• Do routine maintenance, such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and parts.
• Maintain vehicle repair history by documenting a Repair Order to accurately reflect steps taken and part(s) used during the repair.
• Comply with part and inventory tracking procedures.
• Utilize multiple manufacturers’ websites, software and diagnostic tools.
• May process new fleet, LOFR, tires, fuel reclamation or buy-backs.
• Participate in company and manufacturer approved training or other industry related training.
• Maintain the work area in a safe, clean condition and comply with all uniform and equipment standards.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.
