Job summary

Cox Fleet invites applicants to join the FleeTec Academy, a paid educational program that leads to a full-time Diesel and Trailer Technician position. The company pays during 5–7 weeks of classroom training and covers travel, hotel, and meals, with hands-on mentorship and a guaranteed job upon completion.

Participants then progress to a full-time Mobile Technician role, operating in selected markets with state-of-the-art vehicles, earning competitive hourly wages and opportunities for raises as

Qualifications

• Must be willing to study and complete 5–7 weeks of full-time classroom training.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT physical or DOT medical card.
• Candidate must be 21+ years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the FleeTec Academy and complete training.
• Transition to a full-time Mobile Mechanic role in your market after graduation.
• Perform on-site preventative maintenance and repairs at customer locations.
