Job summary

Integrity Fleet Services, Inc. is seeking skilled diesel technicians for full‑time shop and mobile work in Texas. You will repair and maintain fleet trucks, trailers, and equipment, diagnose complex systems, and document work accurately. A clean driving record and basic tools are required, with welding and ASE preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of diesel truck and/or trailer repair experience.
• Experience diagnosing brakes, suspension, ABS, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Experience using diagnostic software and scan tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must own basic technician tools.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform physical work in shop and field environments.
• Welding experience and ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repairing & maintaining fleet trucks, trailers, forklifts, and equipment.
• Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, ABS, brake, suspension, hydraulic, and air systems.
• Using the latest diagnostic software and technology.
• Performing both shop and mobile repairs.
• Accurately documenting repairs, inspections, and completed work.
• Delivering honest, quality workmanship that keeps our customers moving.

Positions Available

Full‑Time | Shop & Mobile Positions Available. 40–45 hours/week with limited nights, weekends, and on‑call rotation.
