Formación

• Proven diesel mechanic or tractor technician experience.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical schematics.
• Ability to operate diagnostic tools and electronic repair equipment.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy parts and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own basic tools.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on tractors and diesel vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks.
• Repair or replace defective parts, engines, transmissions, and steering mechanisms.
• Conduct safety inspections on all equipment before it operates.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
