Job summary

TYM North America seeks a Field Service Representative in Pennsylvania with a strong background in diesel engine and agricultural equipment repair. This role involves traveling to customer and dealer locations to provide technical support, troubleshoot complex equipment issues, and train technicians. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of relevant experience, solid communication skills, and a valid U.S. driver's license. A technical degree or certification is preferred, alongside the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on diesel engine and/or agricultural equipment repair experience.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, test, repair and service TYM products and equipment.
• Provide service, training, and customer support during field visits.
• Document processes and procedures.
