Job summary

Clarke Power Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Truck Mechanic / Diesel Technician for our Dayton branch on a Monday–Friday first shift. The role focuses on engine repair, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance to ensure safety and reliability.

2+ years of diesel tech experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a DOT medical card are required. CDL is a plus; teamwork and clear communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of diesel tech/truck mechanic experience required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• CDL is a plus.
• Must be able to obtain DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair drive train, engine, steering, electrical, suspension and brakes.
• Troubleshooting, inspections, & diagnostics.
• Preventative maintenance.
• Computer skills and good verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently and assist others as needed.
