Diesel Technician / Truck Mechanic – First Shift Hours: 9:30am-6pm.

Duties

• Experienced Truck Mechanic with Engine repair experience required
• Potential Mobile service job duties
• Service and repair work: drivetrain, engine, steering, electrical, suspension and brakes
• Troubleshooting, inspections, & diagnostics
• Preventative maintenance
• Computer skills and good verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work independently and assist others as needed
• The ability to adjust to changing priorities is essential

Physical and Safety Requirements

• Move frequently, stand, walk, sit, use hands to touch, handle, feel, and reach with arms
• Lift and/or move up to 50lbs regularly and occasionally up to 100lbs with assistance
• Read and write reports
• Implement and enforce health and safety legislations, regulations, policies, procedures, and prescribed instructions

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• 5+ years relevant truck mechanic experience required
• Valid driver's license
• Commercial driver’s license (CDL) a plus
• Must be able to obtain DOT Med Card
