Clarke Power Services, Inc. is hiring an Experienced Truck Mechanic / Diesel Technician for our Dayton, OH area. The role focuses on engine repair and comprehensive vehicle diagnostics to ensure safety and reliability for customers.

The position runs Monday through Friday on the 1st shift at our Dayton branch. A valid driver’s license is required; CDL is a plus, and DOT medical card eligibility may be needed. Competitive pay and full benefits are offered.

Truck Mechanic /Diesel Technician - Experienced

Monday-Friday: 1st Shift!

Are you an Experienced Truck Mechanic / Diesel Technician looking for a new opportunity with an established company? We have an immediate opening at our Dayton branch. Our team is currently looking for a Truck Mechanic / Diesel Technician with engine repair experience to keep up our level of commitment to safety and customer service. We would like to talk with you!

What are the Duties?

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Service and repair work, drive train, engine, steering, electrical, suspension and brakes
• Troubleshooting, Inspections, & Diagnostics
• Preventative Maintenance
• Computer skills and good verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work independently and assist others as needed

PHYSICAL and SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

• While performing the duties of this job, the associate will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit. The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and reach with hands and arms. The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs with assistance. The associate must be able to read and write reports.
• Implement and enforce Health and Safety rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and prescribed instructions.?Truck Mechanic / Diesel Technician

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

• 2+ years relevant Diesel Tech/Truck Mechanic experience REQUIRED
• Valid Driver's License
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) a plus
