Job summary

Integrity Fleet Services is seeking experienced technicians for shop and mobile roles in Texas. The position offers top pay tiers, generous benefits, and a family-owned culture focused on integrity and craftsmanship. Expect 40–45 hours weekly with some on-call rotation and opportunities for career growth.

Qualified technicians bring 2+ years of diesel repair experience, diagnostic skills, own tools, and a clean driving record. ASE certifications and welding experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of diesel truck and/or trailer repair experience.
• Experience diagnosing brakes, suspension, ABS, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Experience using diagnostic software and scan tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must own basic technician tools.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Repairing & maintaining fleet trucks, trailers, forklifts, and equipment.
• Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, ABS, brake, suspension, hydraulic, and air systems.
• Using the latest diagnostic software and technology.
• Performing both shop and mobile repairs.
• Accurately documenting repairs, inspections, and completed work.
• Delivering honest, quality workmanship that keeps customers moving.
