• Hourly Pay: $29.00 per hour
• Certification Bonus of $100 for each new ASE Certification obtained, up to $700
• Quarterly Bonus: up to $500 every quarter
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, weekends off
• Hours: First shift, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Vocational or technical certifications preferred
• Basic tools required
• Experience in automotive gas/diesel repair, including:
• Preventive maintenance (oil changes, brake, tire work)
• Diagnostics and repairs (AC, electrical systems)
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience preferred
• Valid CDL Class A preferred
• All certifications required by location

• Additional requirements:

• At least 2 years of heavy/medium duty repair experience
• Knowledge of computer systems (Windows, etc.)

• Driving requirements:
• Must obtain CDL within 6 months
• Pass Ryder drug test, DOT physical, road test, background check

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs, including:
• Standard and preventive maintenance
• Diagnostics and complex repairs
• Component replacements
• Work independently on most tasks
• Facility maintenance duties
• Interact with customers/drivers to assess issues
• Utilize shop management and electronic documentation systems
• Follow all safety and compliance guidelines
• Mentor junior technicians
• Access and use maintenance documents
• Support operations as needed, including service island duties
• Complete OEM diagnostic courses and certifications within specified timelines
