Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking Diesel Technicians to work in a fast-paced environment, performing diagnostics and repairs on light mechanical systems, wheels, electrical components, A/C, and engine parts. You will assist customers and drivers, prioritize safety, and support preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters
• Ability to work in various temperatures

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues that may include wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures
