Job summary

A leading equipment rental company in Virginia is seeking a Diesel Technician to perform maintenance and repairs on Power and HVAC equipment. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and basic knowledge of diesel equipment and systems. Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience and/or familiarity with repairing and maintaining Power/HVAC/Compressor/Pump equipment and accessories.
• Basic understanding of diesel equipment, electronics and hydraulics.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload equipment and perform basic preventative maintenance.
• Carry out minor repairs to avoid equipment downtime.

Skills

Basic knowledge of generators

A/C and Heater knowledge

Hydraulics operational process/system aptitude

Education
