Job summary

Ciocca CDJR of Hanover is hiring energetic diesel technicians to join our growing team. This full-time role offers hourly pay, paid training, and opportunities for advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family.

We provide air-conditioned shops, comprehensive insurance, a 401(k) with company matching, and paid holidays. Candidates must have a valid license, own tools, and a willingness to learn in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Fleet (diesel) or dealership technician experience
• ASE and CDL certifications preferred
• Possess own tools
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Minimum high school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment.
• Examine protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices on trucks, and adjust as needed.
• Properly complete the service and/or repairs assigned by supervisor.
• Test drive vehicles to ensure that they run smoothly.
