Main Responsibilities

1. Ensure vehicles are maintained and safe for customers.
2. Use Penske’s tools and technologies for diagnostics and repairs.
3. Perform preventative maintenance, including tire rotations, lubrication, electrical repairs, and cooling system maintenance on gas and diesel engines.
4. Collaborate with your manager to learn new skills through training and coaching.
5. Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical certification preferred
• 1-2 years automotive or diesel repair experience (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
