Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Determines vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests.
• Keeps equipment available for use by completing preventive maintenance schedules.
• Intern will perform basic repairs under mentorship and assist mentors on major repairs.
• Complies with federal and state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion standards.
• Maintains vehicle records by annotating services and repairs.
• Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions and troubleshooting.
