Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must provide own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Determine cause of malfunction; use troubleshooting guides and manuals as necessary.
• Promote sales of labor, parts, and accessories to meet customer needs.
• Perform labor operations using standard procedures, tools and equipment.
• Document work performed and technical information.
• Note additional needed work and obtain approval before proceeding.
• Maintain cleanliness of parts and vehicles and organize work area.
• Order parts according to dealership procedures.
• Tag warranty parts and return cores promptly.
• Complete repairs within standard repair times as directed by manufacturers.
