Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is hiring Diesel Technicians to join our on-site teams. You will diagnose, repair, and service diesel equipment in a fast-paced environment and interact with customers and drivers to keep journeys moving smoothly.

Role requires lifting up to 75 pounds, working in varied temperatures, and compliance with safety policies. We offer tuition assistance, PTO, insurance after 30 days, and a strong focus on career development.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues that may include wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s)
