Qualifications

• Diesel experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Team oriented with strong customer service.
• Vocational/technical certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs as specified on orders.
• Work independently or as part of a team to maximize repair efficiency.
• Detail and document repairs clearly and concisely.
• Inspect and maintain shop equipment.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems to specification (engine, transmission, electrical, etc.).
• Explain repairs in non-technical terms to service advisors and customers.
• Inspect/test new vehicles and record findings to guide repairs.
• Pursue ongoing training to stay current with new technology.
