McGovern Ford of Beverly is hiring Diesel Technicians to join our growing team in Beverly, MA. The role covers diagnosing and repairing diesel systems, performing engine analysis, fuel injection work, and servicing steering, suspension, exhaust, and electronic control systems.

Qualified candidates will have a strong under-hood mechanical understanding, good communication skills, and a willingness to work collaboratively with staff and customers.

Qualifications

• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide engine analysis, fuel injection, steering and suspension, exhaust, and computer-controlled systems.
• Work on undercarriage assemblies, cooling/heating, brakes and other service needs.
• Possess understanding of basic shop operations and repair procedures.

THE STANDARD

As an Automotive Technician, you will provide superior automotive service, including engine analysis, fuel injection, steering/suspension, exhaust, and computer-controlled systems, along with struts, shocks, cooling/heating, brakes, and other important service needs.

The Auto Technician should have an understanding of under-hood mechanics and undercarriage assemblies. Based on your ability and willingness to learn, you will have the opportunity to advance to other key service-oriented positions within the company.

To qualify, you must have a great attitude, willing to work in a team environment, and be able to communicate respectfully with all employees and customers.
