Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores is hiring Diesel Technicians for a fast-paced environment. You will troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues, assist customers with roadside services, and provide preventative maintenance to keep trucks on the road.

Responsibilities include handling wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, and engine components, with safety as a top priority. Expect rotating day/night shifts and opportunities to pursue DOT medical certification

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds and work in varying temperatures
• Adhere to company safety policies and procedures
• Work a rotating day/night schedule
• Possess ability to obtain a medical card via the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s)

Responsibilities
