Job summary

Lv Petroleum is seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our maintenance team in Albert Lea, MN. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, diagnose issues, and maintain records. The role requires solid diesel repair experience, strong diagnostic and communication skills, and a willingness to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in diesel technology is preferred.
• ASE is preferred.
• Considerable experience in diesel repair and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in diesel-powered equipment.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work conducted.
• Stay updated with the latest diesel technology and repair techniques.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
