Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on diesel maintenance experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Own tools and toolbox for the role.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Able to pass standard pre-employment screenings, including drug screen and DOT physical (if required).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on medium to heavy duty fleet vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct inspections to ensure safety and compliance standards.
• Document repairs and complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and tools.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
