Job summary

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. seeks a Diesel Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain our fleet, ensuring peak performance and DOT compliance. This hands-on role offers ongoing training in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You should have 1–3 years of diesel experience, a high school diploma or GED, and knowledge of DOT rules. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are provided after 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a diesel technician.
• Extensive knowledge of DOT rules and regulations for commercial vehicle maintenance.
• Ability to efficiently complete repairs while maintaining quality, time, and cost guidelines.
• Strong diagnostic skills across multiple vehicle systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform Medium-Level Repairs – clutch replacements, suspension rebuilds, after-treatment maintenance, and other mid-level repairs.
• Comprehensive Diagnostics – troubleshoot and repair engines, cooling systems, fuel systems, and electrical components.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance – conduct inspections and repairs in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Streamline Maintenance Processes – collaborate with parts specialists and management to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Commit to Continuous Learning – stay updated with OEM training and professional development opportunities.
