Job summary

Graham International is hiring a Diesel Technician in Sherman, TX. You will perform high-quality maintenance and repairs on International Motors, IC Bus products, and Cummins engines, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction while following repair procedures and maintaining an organized workspace.

Qualifications

Experience maintaining and repairing heavy- and medium-duty trucks.
CDL is required or can be obtained.
Certification related to industry, products, and/or safety.
International Master Certified or willing to pursue it.

Responsibilities

Prepare for service events by reviewing repair orders and securing parts.
Perform maintenance and repairs accurately and safely following established standards.
Document work clearly in the repair order and coordinate handovers.
Apply troubleshooting methods for International Truck and IC Bus products.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of International and IC Bus offerings.
Promote safety and compliance by following health and safety policies.
Mentor coworkers and apprentices through hands-on coaching.
Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and customers.
Deliver exceptional customer service with strong relationships.
Take ownership of challenges and seek process improvements.
