Qualifications

• Diesel technician experience preferred (3–4 years).
• Strong customer service focus and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with ability to communicate with adapt to dealership standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance per dealership and factory standards.
• Complete system diagnostics and automotive troubleshooting.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality workmanship.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and document service work.
• Communicate status of service work with advisors and customers.
