Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops in Omaha, NE is seeking Diesel Apprentices to learn on the job while helping customers and drivers. You’ll gain hands-on diagnostics and repairs across electrical, HVAC, wheel end, air systems, and more.

No prior professional experience is required—we will teach you. You must be able to lift 75+ pounds, work in diverse temperatures, and rotate day/night shifts; a DOT medical card can be obtained (paid by Love’s).

Qualifications

• No professional experience required; training provided.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with roadside services
• Learn preventative maintenance services
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters
• Always put safety and customer satisfaction first; follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Operate with rotating day and night shifts as needed
• Assist with obtaining a DOT medical card (paid by Love’s)
