Republic Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician A to diagnose and repair multi‑system components on heavy‑duty trucks and refuse equipment. You will work on chassis, engines, hydraulics, electrical systems and HVAC, both on-site and on the road, using scan tools and welding fabrication when needed.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience and a valid license; ASE certifications are a plus. Benefits include medical, dental, retirement plans, PTO, and stock plans.

• 5–7 years of technician experience on heavy-duty trucks.
• Valid driver's license required.
• ASE Heavy Truck Certifications (T1–T8) are a plus but not required.
• CDL B or higher is a plus.

Responsabilités

**POSITION SUMMARY:** With direct supervision from a Lead Technician, Fleet Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Manager, a Maintenance Technician A performs repair and maintenance work on diesel and non-diesel equipment and trucks including, but not limited to, chassis components; refuse bodies, including control, hydraulic, and electrical systems; air brake systems; general engine work; HVAC components; and suspension, drive train and steering systems.
