Job summary

Advantage Truck Group in Shrewsbury, MA is hiring Diesel Technicians for our 2nd shift. We seek experienced technicians with 2+ years of diesel experience to inspect, repair and overhaul buses, trucks and heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Diesel Technician experience is required.
• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• Technical/trade school certificate; dealership experience, CDL, and DOT health card are a plus.

• Inspect, repair, and overhaul buses, trucks, and heavy equipment.
• Diagnose malfunctions and consult with customers.
• Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, brake systems, transmissions, etc.).

Advantage Truck Group (ATG), the largest DTNA Dealer Group in New England, is immediately hiring Diesel Technicians for 2nd Shift with 2 or more years of experience.

WHAT WE OFFER

• $22-$46/ hr., based on experience
• Monthly Performance bonuses
• Overtime at time and a half
• Second shift flexible schedules + $5 shift differential
  • Four 10-hour shift schedule (2:00pm-12:30am)
  • Five 8-hour shift schedule (3:00pm-11:30pm)

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 or more years of Diesel Technician experience is required
