Job summary

Sri Healthcare in Pooler, GA is seeking a Diesel Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will diagnose and repair Bobcat equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and execute system rebuilds with welding as needed. Candidates should have a strong mechanical background and a can-do attitude for customer service.

The role offers Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm with benefits and an efficiency bonus. DOE pay and a supportive work environment are highlighted in the listing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in heavy and/or equipment service operations– skid steers, excavators, etc.
• Strong mechanical background including excellent skills in diagnostics, diesel mechanics, hydraulics, electrical.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, organized, energetic, and capable of staying cool under pressure from multiple ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily equipment and preventative maintenance inspections.
• Diagnose and repair all major systems on compact equipment, with emphasis on the Bobcat line.
• Perform system rebuilds and overhauls; welding as required.
• Work effectively with Parts, Service, Sales, and Rental teams.
