Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops in Missouri is seeking Diesel Technicians to diagnose and repair light mechanical issues, including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, and engine components. You’ll assist roadside customers and perform preventative maintenance while maintaining a safe, clean work area.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues on trucks and equipment (wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components).
• Assist customers with roadside services and provide preventative maintenance.
• Ability to move and lift 75+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Job Functions

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues that may include wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
