Amerit Fleet Solutions in Baltimore, MD is looking for a Fleet Technician/Mechanic to maintain and repair medium to heavy‑duty fleet vehicles. The role offers $35.00-$48.00 per hour with weekly pay and full benefits within 30 days.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, document repairs, and ensure safety and compliance. A valid driver's license and personal tools are required; experience with diesel systems is essential.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $35.00 - $48.00/hour (based on experience)
• Pay Frequency: Weekly pay - every Friday
• Schedule: Monday - Friday: 6:00am - 2:30pm

What We're Looking For

• Ability to successfully pass a DOT physical if required for the role

Working Conditions

This role involves working in a mobile and or shop environment that may include exposure to dust, diesel fumes, noise, and mechanical irritants such as oils and greases. Technicians must be able to perform essential functions that include lifting heavy objects, accessing tight spaces, and bending, stooping, crouching, or crawling as needed to complete repairs.
